Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality consistency
- Supervise and train the culinary team to maintain high standards of preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Contribute to menu development and creation of innovative dishes
Qualifications:
- Experience in similar positions for 1+ year in 4* or 5* Hotels
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Take pride in your work and are highly accountable
- Willing to dive head first into the culinary world to help make recruitment even better
- Love to make a difference at your place of work and want to help move the company toward our goals
- Strong communicator who thrives at meeting new people and making strong connections
