Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality consistency
  • Supervise and train the culinary team to maintain high standards of preparation and presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Contribute to menu development and creation of innovative dishes

Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar positions for 1+ year in 4* or 5* Hotels
  • Highly motivated and a team player
  • Take pride in your work and are highly accountable
  • Willing to dive head first into the culinary world to help make recruitment even better
