Position: Order Taker
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented and efficient in handling orders
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
