Position: Head Chef
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the same position with pre-opening experience
- Creative culinary skills with a passion for menu development
- Strong leadership to manage kitchen operations and staff
- In-depth knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage food costs and kitchen inventory
