Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Process room reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and OTA platforms
- Provide guests with information regarding rates, packages, and hotel facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records in the OPERA system
- Collaborate with the Sales and Front Office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
Qualifications:
- Experience in reservations or hospitality preferred
- Excellent English communication skill (oral & written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with OPERA systems and OTA platforms
- Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to join immediately
