Position: Daily Worker – Housekeeping Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Replenish amenities and supplies according to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth housekeeping operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
- Remote area work experience is preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
