Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing department to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Oversee revenue management and digital marketing strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Has the passion and the experience in a similar position in an international brand (premium/luxury)
- Remote area work experience is preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional and excellent administration, leadership and communication skills
- Guest & quality-oriented, dedicated, professional, with strong influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Strong network presence in the local region and nation-wide
- Expert in destination sales & marketing, social media and revenue management
- Working knowledge of Amadeus Delphi
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
