Position: Guest Relations Officer (Uluwatu)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when necessary
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations with grace
