Position: Senior Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional check-in and check-out experiences for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions
- Assist in training junior staff and ensuring service quality
- Manage cash handling and billing accurately
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at the front desk
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position
- Strong communication skill and guest service orientation
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Indonesian citizens only
