Position: Director of Sales (JSO)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Jakarta Sales Office team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and travel partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
- Report sales performance and activities to the General Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
- Strategic and creative mindset with strong business acumen
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
