Position: Director of Sales (JSO)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Jakarta Sales Office team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and travel partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
  • Report sales performance and activities to the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
  • Strategic and creative mindset with strong business acumen
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent in English both of written and verbal
  • High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
  • Indonesian citizens only
