Position: Lady in Red (Brand Ambassador & Guest Relations Officer – Korean / Russian Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, welcoming and assisting guests with personalized care
- Provide assistance and translation services for Korean or Russian speaking guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean or Russian and English is essential
- Experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and charming personality
- Indonesian Nationals only due to work permit limitations
