Position: Japanese Lady in Red (Brand Ambassador & Guest Relations Officer)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of the brand, providing warm and personalized service to Japanese guests
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries in Japanese
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain high standards of guest care and attention to detail
- Represent the hotel’s values and culture to international guests
Qualifications:
- Native Japanese speaker preferred or high proficiency in Japanese language
- Experience in a similar guest-facing role within luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture and guest expectations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Indonesian Nationals or eligible candidates preferred (based on native speaker note)
