Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations with professionalism and composure
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure room readiness and service delivery
- Supervise and mentor Front Desk staff to maintain 5-star service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
- Relevant licenses, certifications, or diplomas to support your professional credentials
