Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints and emergency situations with professionalism and composure
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure room readiness and service delivery
  • Supervise and mentor Front Desk staff to maintain 5-star service standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Relevant licenses, certifications, or diplomas to support your professional credentials
