Position: FO Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
  • Relevant hospitality educational background
  • Well-groomed and good personality
  • Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and guest service protocols
  • Familiar with VHP system is required

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure seamless check-in and check-out
  • Lead and mentor the front office team to maintain high service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism
  • Monitor room availability and manage guest reservations effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments for room readiness and guest requests
