Position: FO Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest service protocols
- Familiar with VHP system is required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure seamless check-in and check-out
- Lead and mentor the front office team to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism
- Monitor room availability and manage guest reservations effectively
- Coordinate with other departments for room readiness and guest requests
