Position: Front Desk Agent (Staff/DW)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Basic knowledge of guest registration and billing procedures
- Excellent communication skills and guest focused mindset
- Availability for daily worker or staff shifts as required
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-in, check-out, and room assignment procedures
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local Seminyak attractions
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle guest requests promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the reception desk
