Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and excellence
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Hospitality background with relevant vocational or degree qualifications
- Highly motivated to lead a pre-opening front office team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out
- Supervise and mentor Front Office staff to ensure adherence to Accor standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism
- Monitor room availability and manage guest reservations effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and guest requests
