Position: Book Keeper
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the hotel daily operations
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel financial policies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting is highly desirable
