Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and process registration and room assignments
  • Provide information about resort facilities and local Anyer attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a front desk role within the hospitality industry
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team player
  • Highly motivated to deliver excellent guest service
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems
