Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and process registration and room assignments
- Provide information about resort facilities and local Anyer attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front desk role within the hospitality industry
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player
- Highly motivated to deliver excellent guest service
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems
