Position: HK Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
- Supervise and train housekeeping attendants on cleaning procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily departmental operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
- Relevant licenses, certifications, or diplomas to support your professional credentials
