Position: Front Office Agent

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle check-in/check-out and guest inquiries efficiently
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
