Position: Front Office Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle check-in/check-out and guest inquiries efficiently
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
