Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
  • Supervise and train Front Office staff to uphold Accor’s service excellence standards.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are strictly followed during the shift.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a reputable hotel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and other hotel management software.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
