Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
- Supervise and train Front Office staff to uphold Accor’s service excellence standards.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are strictly followed during the shift.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a reputable hotel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and other hotel management software.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
