Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Front Office operations during assigned shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed throughout the hotel.
- Supervise and support Front Desk Agents and other front-line staff.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room readiness and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in an international hotel chain.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor.
