Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front Office operations during assigned shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed throughout the hotel.
  • Supervise and support Front Desk Agents and other front-line staff.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room readiness and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in an international hotel chain.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor.
