Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily operations and staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room maintenance and availability
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in housekeeping management software
