Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in luxury or upscale hotels
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Leadership skills to manage a team of room attendants and public area staff
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, textiles, and hotel sanitation procedures
- Ability to conduct room inspections and maintain quality standards
- Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude
- Hospitality background is required
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all rooms meet resort quality standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linens, and cleaning supplies
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on efficient cleaning techniques and standards
- Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and guest requests
