Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
- Deep knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and laundry operations
- Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the department
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas
- Supervise and mentor the housekeeping staff to ensure high quality standards
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Conduct thorough room inspections and coordinate with the maintenance department
