Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a resort environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent guest relation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in PMS and hotel operations
- Passion for delivering personalized service
- Strategic thinker with revenue management knowledge
