Position: Head Host / Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a luxury resort
- Strong leadership and guest relation skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and guest complaints effectively
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in PMS and hotel operations software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor
