Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine
- Strong culinary skills and kitchen management abilities
- Leadership skills to manage the kitchen team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred
- Creativity in menu development
