Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in PMS and hotel operations
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Professional grooming and attitude
