Position: Cost Control
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily costs and expenses.
- Conduct inventory audits and spot checks.
- Analyze food and beverage costs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing and receiving procedures.
- Prepare cost reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and a great team work.
- Proficient MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Experience in cost control or finance within a hotel.
