Position: Purchasing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement tasks for hotel supplies and equipment according to company policy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads for operational requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive pricing
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Ensure all deliveries meet quality standards and hygiene protocols property wide
Qualifications:
- Experience in a purchasing or finance role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail regarding procurement data
- Knowledge of local vendors and professional technical documentation
- Effective negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable and committed to professional ethics and operational transparency
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
