Position: Director of Finance
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire financial operation of the hotel during the pre-opening phase
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for ownership and corporate
- Establish and maintain internal controls to protect hotel assets and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with other department heads to optimize revenue and manage expenses effectively
- Manage the finance team, providing training and professional development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or Financial Controller in a 5-star hotel
- Strong background in pre-opening operations is highly desirable
- Expertise in financial systems, accounting principles, and Indonesian tax regulations
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
