Position: Chief Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire hotel accounting and financial reporting functions
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and operational reports
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with department heads to manage operational budgets and financial goals
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the General Manager for informed decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chief Accountant in a 4-star hotel
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and hotel accounting systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail regarding data management
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and professional technical documentation
  • Reliable and committed to professional ethics and operational transparency
