Position: Chief Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire hotel accounting and financial reporting functions
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and operational reports
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with department heads to manage operational budgets and financial goals
- Provide strategic financial insights to the General Manager for informed decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chief Accountant in a 4-star hotel
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and hotel accounting systems
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail regarding data management
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and professional technical documentation
- Reliable and committed to professional ethics and operational transparency
