Position: Receiving
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving of all hotel supplies and equipment according to company policy
- Ensure all deliveries meet quality, weight, and quantity standards property-wide
- Process and maintain accurate records of receiving reports and financial documentation
- Coordinate with department heads and vendors for operational requirements
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained during the receiving process
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4-star hotel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding data management
- Knowledge of financial concepts and contributing to organization’s goals
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
- Reliable and committed to professional ethics and operational transparency
- Relevant technical skills depending on the specific receiving department
