Position: Purchasing
Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers and negotiate best prices for goods and services.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate with departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Ensure quality standards of purchased items.
Qualifications:
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and a great team work.
- Proficient MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Experience in purchasing or procurement in hospitality.
