Position: Director of Sales – MICE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize MICE revenue
- Lead and mentor the MICE sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key MICE clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Represent the hotel at major trade shows and industry events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Director of Sales – MICE in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Extensive network within the MICE industry
- Fluent in English
