Position: Front Desk Agent / Night Audit
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, providing prompt and professional service
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions (for Night Audit)
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience in hospitality industry in similar position
- Good inter-personal skills with customer and associates
- Excellent command in English, both written and oral
- Positive attitude, excellent grooming & good personal hygiene
