Position: Guest Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival with a warm and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Process check-ins and check-outs ensuring accuracy of billing
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area information
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Strong guest-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt quickly, innovative, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency preferred
