Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Require experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role within the hotel industry
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to handle and solve unexpected issues, complaints, and emergencies to operational standards
  • Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional guest experience, including handling complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Willing to go extra miles to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Fast-paced and requires ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously such as overseeing front desk operations and handling guest requests
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred
