Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations at The Gunawarman, including Sofia.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage department P&L, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B service team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop strategies to drive revenue and organize special events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire a large team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of fine dining standards and beverage operations.
- Financial acumen and experience with reporting and cost control.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
