Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior sales and marketing leadership within a 5-star international hotel chain
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue and market share in a competitive urban landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and corporate sales strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile corporate and government stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
