Position: Sr Sales Manager JSO
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale corporate accounts and Java Sales Office (JSO) operations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- In-depth knowledge of the corporate market in Surabaya and East Java
- Ability to develop and implement proactive sales activities for the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a specialized sales team
- Proficiency in English and local languages for effective stakeholder engagement
- Commitment to Marriott’s service standards and guest satisfaction
