Position: Asst. Ecommerce Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the ecommerce manager in managing online sales channels and OTAs
- Analyze online market trends and adjust pricing and promotions to optimize revenue
- Assist in maintaining the resort’s digital presence and website content
- Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback on digital platforms
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for integrated online strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with OTA extranets and channel management systems
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data driven sales growth
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a pre-opening digital environment
- Degree in marketing, IT, or related field
- Creative approach to online positioning and guest engagement
