Position: Senior Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific section of the kitchen and ensure food quality.
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Manage food inventory and control waste.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to manage a small team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Good communication skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
