Position: Chef de Partie – Indian
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Indian kitchen section to ensure high quality production and authentic taste
- Direct and mentor the Indian culinary team during service shifts
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards property wide
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to optimize Indian menu offerings and ingredient management
- Ensure all Indian dishes meet the most refined standards of guest room and public area functionality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior cook or CDP specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong technical skills in traditional Indian spices, techniques, and tandoor
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a technical workforce
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for professional reporting
- Detail oriented approach to maintaining high quality culinary standards
- Ability to handle high volume, fast paced service with precision
- Relevant culinary degree or professional certification is preferred
