Position: CDP Main Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations in the main kitchen to ensure high standards of food production
- Manage and mentor a culinary team within the assigned kitchen section
- Implement and monitor strict food safety and hygiene protocols property wide
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to optimize menu offerings and food costs
- Ensure consistent taste and presentation quality across all main kitchen outlets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior cook or CDP in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen
- Strong technical culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Exceptional leadership ability to manage and inspire a technical workforce
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle high pressure service environments with precision
- Commitment to consistent quality and professional excellence
- Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is highly regarded
