Position: Steward Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team and operations.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and breakages.
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards.
- Train stewards on proper cleaning procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in stewarding supervision.
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene regulations.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work shifts.
