Position: Commis (Cold Kitchen)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare appetizers, salads, and cold sauces for daily operations and events.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene specifically for raw and cold preparations.
- Assist the Garde Manger team in setting up cold buffet displays.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as slicers and food processors safely.
- Support other kitchen sections during peak operational periods as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel kitchen environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant culinary field.
- Strong in delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
- Capability of working collaboratively in a high volume kitchen.
- Good understanding of cold food storage and safety standards.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Positive attitude toward professional development.
