Position: F&B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of all restaurant and bar outlets to ensure seamless guest service
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to maintain luxury hospitality standards through regular training
- Analyze sales reports and guest feedback to implement service improvements and drive revenue
- Oversee inventory management and maintain relationships with beverage and equipment vendors
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote outlet events and special dining offers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in F&B management within a luxury hotel or high end resort environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention
- Proficiency in F&B point of sale systems and inventory management software
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, for professional guest interaction
- Detail oriented with a deep understanding of service etiquette and protocols
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or F&B operations
