Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms.
  • Train staff on brand standards and service recovery protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within the Front Office.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
